With the help of Vicente Cuevas, Argentine Chef, specialist in gastronomic and traditional dishes with fish meat, the workshop “Gastronomic dishes with fish meat” was developed, during which the women of the ARAPAIMA group learned and innovated new dishes and modified their “ traditional” diet of fried fish and sudao.

PECES PARA LA VIDA, in alliance with the ARAPAIMA women's group and Editorial INIA, puts at your disposal the recipe book “Cooking Healthy Fish: a notebook of recipes, tricks and tips for cooking fish in the northern Amazon of Bolivia.” This book also has advice on recognizing healthy, quality fish and recommendations on why it is good to consume fish. The recipe book is divided into two parts: in the first part you will find recipes for traditional dishes and, in the second part, you will find gastronomic dishes. In addition to recipes to prepare different varieties of sauces to accompany fish dishes.
