Manual of good hygiene and fish handling practices

Because we all want to eat good quality fish, this manual presents a series of good practices that allow us to improve the handling and conservation of fish, in addition to supporting the development of the fishing sector and the food security of the Bolivian population. It provides practical advice and hygiene rules that are easy to apply by “fish professionals” (fishermen, transporters, traders). Finally, the consumer will find advice to preserve the quality of the fish at home and offer their family a rich, nutritious and healthy product.
