This brochure was prepared in a participatory manner with members of the PPV II project, the MDRYT through SENASAG, public actors (Secretaries and Municipalities), merchants, fishermen and fish farmers from six municipalities that handle high volumes of fish: Cochabamba,
Between Ríos and Puerto Villarroel in the department of Cochabamba, Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Yapacaní in the department of Santa Cruz and Riberalta in
department of Beni.

The main objective of the brochure is to contribute to the safety of fish and its products, presenting the best hygiene and handling practices for fish and its products.
